Hi, I'd like to explain my problem:
I've just passed level 20, I've never played a ranked game and I see that I've been banned for 11 days in ranked mode. I'd like to make it clear that I'm not banned in the other game modes.

When you're toxic the game bans you out of ranked games at the bare minimum
