Tutorial just keeps resetting
Hello, I'm trying to help my friend set up valorant since they wanna play with me but we've come across an issue i cant really find any help with online. They're able to launch the game and start the tutorial but after a few minutes in the tutorial the game would freeze and the range loading screen would appear and after they loaded back in they'd have to restart the entire tutorial. We've been through the first half of the tutorial like 7 times and it keeps resetting at different points in the tutorial. Any help?

yeah, they play loads of overwatch on this computer and valorant runs fine at a great fps
i originally thought it was internet issues but their internet seems fairly stable and has great download speeds

did u try restarting the pc
or uninstalling and reinstaling vangaurd
no i havent but ill do that later, they just had to start getting ready for work
