Banned for account sharing
Hey, i was playing on my friends account for some time cus i dont have my own one, and i didnt know she also shared it with someone else. Next day i wakeup and the account is banned and my pc is for some reason banned aswell? @Riot Schmick

because account sharing is against Riot TOS. making your own account is free.

and it got shared with someone else without me knowing

The first offense is always 4 months

it doesn't matter. other people can't make accounts for you. you make your own. someone else making it for you meant they knew the creds and were able to share with additional people, which is exactly why you should make your own.
let anyone share my acc
i couldnt make one cus it just kept saying error
they had the creds for your account to share with someone in the first place. that's already sharing
then you should have contacted player support for help
it is against our TOS to share accounts or account credentials and because of that, you wont be able to get it back

my understanding is you contacted them after you got banned, not when you had trouble making an account

but nothing got solved
well that's unfortunate then, but the TOS was still violated so you wont get the account back
if you need to make a new one, then i suggest going to a library or friend's house or doing it from your phone or any other device besides the one where you got the error. but dont let a friend make one for you.

why do i deserve 4 month ban for that
you cant get rid of it. one of two things happened:
1) your account ban and the HWID ban are because you violated the TOS for sharing your account.
2) the person that the account was shared with played with cheats or 3rd party software on, and that triggered the hardware ban. this is yet another reason that we don't allow account sharing of any kind. this sort of thing can happen and now you are seeing why that sucks.
