VAlorant FPS issues

Ive been constantly getting extremely inconsistent fps like this (images attached below). Though I’m not sure why. I have Medal installed but even when I close it, it still does this. Any tips on how to fix this?

I have the same issue, dude. I am getting fps drops sometimes when I walk or shoot But I personally noticed that it is connected with the ping. It is getting above from 40 to 60, and this causes game freezing. With the ping my fps decreases also. Though I have a normal internet connection
