Is it possible to update the Legion Go's bios via Bazzite?
Or do I need to keep a small windows install?

To answer my own question - the best solution if you don't currently have windows installed is to make a windows-to-go disk, and use that to update firmware.

You can also be brave and try to piece together the steam deck bios flasher with the legion go bin
I managed to go halfway and whoosed out
Somebody has to do it
I keep a Windows To Go bootable Windows USB for BIOS updtes.
