leather question

Looking at buying this leather pouch but I know nothing about leather rlly. Its chrome and veg dyed. Can somebody tell me if it will brown up like untreated leather or otherwise how it’ll age.

yea with time it'll patina and age, but it's a slow process. my wallet is ~8 years old, started out a little darker than this and is pretty well patina'd now. don't mind the puppy teeth marks

Okay nice I knew that’s how veg tan nudged leather worked but the chrome dyed threw me. Ty as always @rej
