Dear Cloudflare,
There is no reason why anyone should have second guess themselves when creating an API key or watch youtube tutorials in order to use your storage product. If we thought we'd need to educate ourselves before using your products, we'd have given it a second thought before signing up as a subscriber of your services.
User experience sucks.
Don't bother responding with your 'politically correct' response to this public feedback as our subscription ends after the month - once you hear one, you've heard them all.
