im having some insane lag spikes rn, idk if its the game or the server i connect to, i could unload entire clips into people and they wont die, and i keep having this pop up on my screen, does it mean it wont register my shots or something?

hit wasn't registered due to packet loss, beside this icon there is a message that appears in the left top corner
