I was playing Valorant with my internet cafe friend and suddenly I got banned from 3rd party software.

if this says "your wont be unbanned" then your account is gone and you cant play the game for 4 months

if you keep spamming tickets for the same issue over and over, it's not going to help and as GenZ mentioned, it can get you banned from support
can you please copy/paste what they responded with into an English translator and show us what that says
The whole support system is bs just be patient and they will reply
that picture is so tiny, i cant read it at all
they are saying they looked into your account and confirmed that vanguard found something that isn't allowed
and so your account is perma banned
if you want to respond and explain that you were in PC cafe, you can, but it will be up to them whether or not to unban you.
the issue is that anyone could say they were in a PC cafe or on someone else's computer or uknowingly had cheats installed, whether or not that's true. and we dont have any way of confirming
