So there is no proper fix for it

Nobody rly knows why this error occurs
So there is a fix or 2 that have worked for some people
so
what do i do
1. reinstall windows
2. make a new user account with admin privileges and only English letters
3. Use a proxy on your computer
4. wait for the vg devs to fix it
Leave the reinstalling windows one for last
And waiting for devs to fix it obv
Try the 2nd method
Also make sure u r making a local account rather than using a Microsoft account
