Riot does not offer an official list of which software, hardware, or other modifications may lead to ban. Riot is constantly working on trying to keep the game fair for all players. They stress that any modification that causes an unfair advantage for players, will lead to a restriction.

4 months first offense, permanent second
the 4 months are HWID wide so you can't play on any account at all during them and the account you receive the suspension on is permanently suspended even on the first offense
i wanna know if that app can banned me cuz i see many players use it

yes it can, its not technically a cheat but almost any software that interacts with game the carries a risk of getting you banned
also software like this is bad for your aim, you should research more into it tbh
