about storing images publicly on r2
hey guys, pretty new to cloudflare and i have a question. so if i have a r2 and i store couple image on there to put them in a site publicly, can someone make get request to that image billion times and make it cost me a fortune?

If you're using R2 Custom Domains, you can use a Cache Rule or Page Rule to force cache, and you're not charged for any cache hits, only uncached images.
Additionally even a billion uncached requests would cost you ~$360 usd, far from a fortune
Also, assuming the image is 1 mb, that'd be almost a petabyte of bandwidth
Unless it's done over a month, thats the equivalent of a medium-strength ddoss attack
