Cloudflare human validation failed, turnstile on Odoo

I create a brand new website on "Odoo.com" and create a newletter on my website. I set up cloudflare turnstile, and when a user tries to send an email on my website an error of "The Cloudflare human validation failed" I was inquiring if anyone has any previous experience in this matter or any suggestions. Sometimes if you spam the button, you get the error code 600010 ~ which after looking it up is because of a visitor failing to solve a turnstile challenge, however we dont have configured.
