Valorant refund policy
Could someone please explain how the refund policy for gun skins work cause I’ve heard some things about a first time refund and some other contradicting information so could someone help plz ty

You can only refund items (that you bought within the past 14 days) that are not upgraded and not used in any gamemode (including the range).
However every account has this "one time exception". You can refund any skin, that you bought within the past 90 days - that IS upgraded and which you have used.
Thank you, how do I get access to this “one time refund?” I looked on the page abt it in the riot games but couldn’t find anything
I used mine via a simple refunding ticket. People on here said that its possible via the basic refund page, where you just need to click a variant for that skin and it will refund the whole skin, but im not too sure abt this

Sorry to keep pestering you but do I just submit a normal support ticket or is there a different ticket or smth I need to submit
its just a normal support ticket but the reason is "refund ingame" stuff or similar

Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. In-game content counts as used once it's taken into a game: that means you've reached the loading screen of a match in any mode (including custom games or practice) with that content equipped.

Just for your interest, the support seemed to have changed how exactly this whole refund thing works. I didnt recieve any message like the one im replying to. I just got a message from the blitzcrank bot that said "Would you like a refund? No problem. You can refund any refundable content purchased in the last 14 days here. Remember: Check out VALORANT's refund policy here to see what's eligible for refunds. If something went wrong or you have a question, just reply in this thread. I'll then put a special agent on the case."
Just needed to write another message, and an employee refunded the skin
