Saying this from my experience, sometimes it just gets overloaded.
Like your gpu.
Expecially low end wise.
When it overloads, it crashes.
Happened to me, multiple times. You can't do too much to avoid it.
BUT.
Run less GPU using tasks in the background.
Support won't help here, it's a matter of your computer.
What is your GPU may I ask!
