Submitting a ticket just doesn't work.

I've tried several things and none of them work to fix this issue. At first i logged into the support page and chose to submit a ticket..it lets me select what kind of ticket i want to submit and then tells me to log in when i'm obviously already logged in. If i click on the sign in button it takes me to the riot support zendesk page that doesnt load and gives me the page in the second screenshot. Ive also tried just logging into riot and then opening the support page after...same result. Tried to log out then sign in through the little red button after choosing a ticket...same result. Tried it on mobile..same result. Tried turning on a vpn (idk i thought maybe that would change smth)...same result. Checked my connection and it's perfectly fine. I tried googling the issue but can't seem to find a solution. Idk if this is normal.. or if it's some sort of bug? Either way id really appreciate it if someone could help me fix this. :val_HeyApple:

theyre pins not tabs its the equivalent of pinning things to ur taskbar on ur desktop bruh its not open ive already clarified its not a connection issue help👹
