DNS 30-day verification timeout
I am trying to add an rDNS domain to my account (in-addr.arpa), and I have to wait on the parent block to delegate rDNS to me. They have a verification process, where they ensure my DNS configuration meets their standards, and they will not delegate rDNS otherwise.
Working with them is manual and slow (I have been working at this since January), and it is made more difficult by the fact that my domain disappears after 30 days. Is there a way to extend this 30-day expiration so that I can complete their verification process? Or even, as I approach the 30-day timeout, just say "I'm still working on this" to renew it for another period of time?

An interesting issue, the docs here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/reference/domain-status/#deleted do not mention any way to extend it, but they do say you can use a Paid Plan to stop it being deleted
If your domain is on the Free plan, it will be deleted automatically if it is not activated within 28 days. Any pending zone with a paid plan (Pro, Business, Enterprise) will remain pending until the plan is removed or the domain is activated or removed from Cloudflare. Not sure if there is any other way
Ah that's unfortunate. I guess I'll just have to re-add it as soon as it's deleted and cross my fingers they don't try to test it in the downtime.
