I just never get the Ion Sherriff
Do all the skins have the same % chance of dropping? I've been checking the store daily for 6-8 months. Even if I don't play that day I still check for this skin. Is it rare or something?

Yes, every single skin that was featured in the item shop at some point (except the limited skins like champions, arcane) has the same chance of appearing in your daily shop. With every new bundle available the chances are decreasing a bit.
The Ion Sheriff is just as rare as every other skin, it has the same chance to appear in your daily shop as every other existing skin :OKAY:...
