try this

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

where do i set the random hardware access @jidat i did all the steps exept set random hardware access can u tell me where to do that cuz i tried it with the steps i did it dint work
