Boot Menu Stuck
when I enabled my Secure Boot and booted up my laptop, it somehow stuck on an another menu. Is this a laptop's brand-side problem? Any experiences and solutions? My previous problem is fixed and this one remains.

JWas ur laptop in legacy mode when u enabled secure boot?
NSorry for late response. Whenever the Secure Boot is enable, it continues with UEFI Mode and I'm unable to change it.
