I didn't know that using an "Skin changer" was against the rules. So now I got perma banned for "Third party software" I was just getting on the game after a long while so I was level 1. so can I please get a unban or is it going to stay like this forever? (I really want to play it because I am not that good at CS2) (also I deleted the skin changer fully)

You're wrong and they don't care unless they really really false banned you but your case they didn't false ban you so yea
Btw this is a community server so go look for official support, we can't do much here
Well atleast ur account won't be unbanned but if your PC, you have to wait typically 4 months
After 4 months make a fresh account and play
