my vc is glitched

hi ive never had this issue, basically i cant hear anyone in the team and i cant talk myself neither and i have no idea why this is happening. everything is plugged in and everything in my settings is okay from what i know and what makes sense to me. how do i fix this bug so i can communicate again with my teammates ?
