Valorant bug help
Guys, whenever I accidentally unplug my mouse, if i plug in again, it doesn't work, I have to play with my touchpad for the whole game until I restart game. And when someone dodges the queue, when the match loads again, it doesn't load for me. It just freezes on the '0' seconds remaining screen and instead i recieve a penalty for queue dodging and my game doesn't load

And even when the match starts, my screen is struck in this phase
And valorant gives me penalies over penalities for this
Hi hello, I'm here to assist. Dead honest, If you are willing to an easy fix is factory resetting your pc or uninstalling valorant completely. First try uninstalling valorant though, it can fix the issue once reinstalled.
And disable IPV6
That can be a root cause of this.
Now, let's disable IPv6, as I'm afraid League, Runeterra and VLAORANT don't fully support it yet.
1. Hit ""Start"" and types ""network and sharing"", then open the ""Network and Sharing Center""
2. In the left pane, click ""Change adapter settings""
3. Right-click the connection for which you want to disable IPv6, and select Properties.
4. Uncheck ""Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"" and click ""OK""
Hope this helps!
Yeah I've tried factory reset and reinstalling valorant multiple times, but I'll try this ipv6 method and let you know if it's fixed
Alrighty!
Hey, the ipv6 is already unchecked
It was disabled from the start

Give me five minutes, ill be here to help once my computer boots.
@lyra im believing this is a network problem, once your back from school you willing to help out with this?
okay, let me get you some more steps now.
What VPN or ANTIVIRUS are you using currently?
Sometimes that can cause issues.
None/ windows defender
Okay, so it's most definitely nothing to do with antivirus incompatibility.
Yeahh
Whitelist the following files in your antivirus:
C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\VALORANT.exe
C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\VALORANT-Win64-Shipping
C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UnrealCEFSubProcess.exe
C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\vgc.exe
C:\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe
D: if you have it on your D: drive
or where ever you placed it.

Smh
i found a bug there im getting afk penallty but i aint play valorant a month
Not a bug
If you haven't started your penalty
Thats why
ohh ok
thank you
Yeah, I'll try that tomorrow as soon as I wake up and let you know... But i don't think it has an impact because I use the default Microsoft defender, and sometimes I use razer cortex, which stops all the other processes (including windows explorer, antivirus, desktop, sound buttons, etc...) so antivirus shouldn't have any impact
Razer doesn't disable antiviruses, im saying this as a user of it. Try enabling them through your firewall still.
