Git Cloning for more than 5 minutes, and then Failing with Error 8000000

It's been taking more than 5 minutes and eventually gave me an error code 8000000. I attempted redeploying, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem. I was wondering if there are any ongoing maintenance or updates happening on Pages that could be causing this issue.
