false ban. (Permanent suspension for 'third party software')
I took a break from valorant, around a year and a half. I come back to see a perma suspension on the game for my account because of third party software. On my life, on my everything i never cheated. First off, it's a perma ban. I've read the guidelines on third party software, and they said that only consistent, blatant use of software results in a permanent ban. Not only have I not played in over a year, not only have I never used unauthorized third party software, I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN BANNED ONCE not even a temporary one. How could i have gotten a perma ban on a computer i haven't used in a year, on a game i haven't played in a year, and when i wasn't even on the game? Can someone help me out here?

im thinking its maybe a software called moonlight where im remote streaming my gaming pc to my mac so that i can work and play on one setup, i dont even think this ISNT allowed though cuz its worked on every other game ive played, plus i never used this software at the time i played a yeah and a half ago. im starting to think i mightve gotten hacked and im starting to worry since i spent money on the game

They said they recently hit a banwave for hwid spoofing and tpm spoofing. The funny part is i dont even know how to spoof or watever that is ahahaha 😂
