GOT PERMA BAN WITHOUT ANY REASON

3 days ago i received perma ban. It says 3rd party software but i just used photoshop in the background for makin thumbnail. I was playing dm then between it i received perma ban. Plz help me .. I've invested more tha 50k INR on my account. . Its totally disappinting riot. Unban me plz. . I've submitted ticket also as soon as i got ban. But support didn't repkied till now. Plz help
