Need Help Recovering Account
Hi all,
This looks like the only support channel available to us, as we cannot recover our account using the domain method because the mailbox in that AD (or anything for that matter) no longer exists.
I can provide invoices as well as screenshots of our DNS configuration to prove account ownership.
My request would be to change the email on the account to an email we can access, so we can get back into the account.

These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out.

The issue is I don't know the email and the mailboxes don't exist

The login-help/one for 2fa lets you say you can't receive emails at x address
That does require an account, but I don’t think it has to be the same email
