How do I fix inconsistent fps?
I tried limiting it to 60 but it still dips to like 20fps and then back to 60 and I can't play with it.

I think the setting makes frames in between, which does increase your framerate, but it's inconsistent and that's when you get the 100-600 fps

it's known that the game has crazy fps swings. you just gotta get a cpu that can maintain whatever target u want, then use the in-game frame limiter.
Uhm just, make the game high priority
And put ur pc in high performance
If it is a laptop, they make sure it ain't heating
I fixed it
It was a self made problem
if you have the same problem with an AMD gpu, check your driver settings
