False banned. Status solved after sending a ticket?
I got falsely suspended for using a third party app, just like many people here. Ive already sent a ticket but when i check it again, the status says that it's solved? but i ahve yet to receive any replies

did you get any sort of answer, even by a bot? usually this exact or a very similar message will be send in the ticket

if the ticket is solved without answer its very likely that the appeal was declined

i was just playing, left the game for a few hours, then came back banned

Riot does not offer an official list of which software, hardware, or other modifications may lead to ban. Riot is constantly working on trying to keep the game fair for all players. They stress that any modification that causes an unfair advantage for players, will lead to a restriction.

no, just the account is basically deleted, if they decline a 3rd party ban appeal

nope
why so?
first of all they will have their reasons if they ban a player, doesnt matter if its automatic or manual. there are cases of a false ban, but they are usually pretty rare.
second of all, they do have the virtual content + refund policy in their TOS. short terms: you dont own anything but purchase the license to use it and you basically lose the right to refund (some exceptions with skins but that sums it up)

i dont think you need to prepare anything. if it was a false ban they will know. if it wasnt they will let you know

What's sad is that the terms allow Riot to restrict your account for doing anything. Anything could be something u would agree warrants a ban, but it could also be something only Riot feels deserves one.
You agreed to this the first time you launched Valorant, way before you bought anything. And you agreed to any changes to the terms.
