Massive FPS Drops, GPU: RX 7800 XT 16GB (Overclocked)

I've never had anything this weird about FPS in any game i've played so far. I can understand some small drops in FPS when many things happen on screen, but going from 800+ to almost 150 just looking at a corner is utterly.. disgusting. This drops happens on every map, and this is starting to get annoying. If anyone could have possible solutions to this, i'd be grateful! Ignore the first 10 seconds of the video, i was setting up AMD recording things. Also audio is kinda bad, forgot to set the proper audio channel.

I personally think that in a game it shouldnt be a problem bc after all 150 fps is good and 800 even better but still, dropping 700 fps is rare. I think that what u should do is just limit the FPS to 200 - 350, this has happened to me too (not in that range of 700 fps drop) but the thing if just moving your camera making you drop FPS (For me it was 250+ all the way to 20)

vsync introduces input lag use amd freesync instead btw OP of course the frame rendering time will increase when there's more objects to render on the screen start running and rotate rapidly and see how much fps you get and moreover if your fps crosses your monitors refresh rate its kinda useless like if you have 240 Hz monitor your screen cant display more than 240 frames per second so the other frames are a waste of resource I recomend capping your fps at monitors refresh rate

Well 200 FPS while moving is a lot of FPS And valorant is not a light game If you're looking at wall and not moving of course it will get 900 fps Cap your FPS at 144
