I want to sy this may be my fault for installing with root account active

You cant install on bazzite As per the install instructions Did you run the install script? Also that

Did you install it or no It's preinstalled you just need to enable the service Also looks like there's a missing dmi match The autoenable on bazzite is not complete

as far as I can tell, yes the LC and rc buttons are mapped to l4 and r4 not sure how to map those in steam though
