Server issue and false ban?
I was literally just chilling in lobby with my wife and suddenly i got hit with this message? I tried reconnecting multiple times and it kicks me out. I tried reinstalling valorant , reinstalling vanguard and still the issue is the same. Now it says i got permanently suspended for third party software which i am 100 percent sure im not using any. Is this a false ban? Im wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Im genuinely confused. I also played valorant earlier today and almost all my game was unplayable with 20 percent packet loss. So im curious to what is actually happening?

The saddest part is, their support ticket system sucks. They choose who they reply. Its all up to their mood. Like atleast show some care for the players man. We spent alot of money on this game. They ban for third party? What could i possibly have ? Logitech ghub? Aimlabs? Spotify? Like bro we're not stupid enough to risk everything we spent in this game to cheat or watsoever. Atleast be mindful of that. Take pity on the people who got falsely ban. Its really frustrating knowing we'll never know what caused the issue in the first place. Disappointing man riot. Ive contacted medal already yet to receive a reply from overwolf. Is logitech ghub considered third party software as well? Didnt know running medal and overwolf overlay at the same time might trigger vanguard. I really hope my account get unbanned soon. Im curious to what triggered this ban. Plus my pc is still new man.
its true, my valo got banned the other day for no reason. Permanent suspension type stuff, it got resolved in a few days though, so it should be fine

and 3 of my other friends also had that happen to them
one of them got their account back
the other 2 still had their account banned
but they can access the valorant

a couple days ago it was the tpm 2.0 and secure boot, i fixed that and 2 days later i get my hwid ban

Bro. I also got hwid and id banned. I got banned about 2-3 days ago. I've already sent a notification. But he told me that there is script/chesting or a 3rd party ban. I think this is a random ban.

From what I've seen, the people who got banned from hwid and submitted a complaint didn't seem to get their ban released at all.
I think you guys are getting a little bit confused. This third party ban does not mean you are cheating.
Those clips are months old. I can guarantee you those people are banned. They spend a lot of time to make sure people don't notice them when they are banned in the middle of a game

An account being locked normally means that someone tried to log into your account that was not authorized by you
aka someone tried to hack into your account
If the account was swapped from a ban to a lock it normally means someone on the support team reviewed it and there is evidence that it was not you playing / cheating

I also got a perma ban for no reasons I didn’t even play any game in April. Last time I tried to log in was on march 26th. No records of boosting in ranks or third party tracker tools…i sent tickets yesterday and I mean it really influence my mind cuz I’m super mad at riot. 500$ account is gone
In fact on 26th i experienced error code 5& 7 several times but in the end I restarted my pc and logged in. Didn’t play any game on that day as well.

turns out for me the new computer that i bought was HWID banned so when i logged into my account once i got it back i got hardware banned aswell. support said that in these situations it is really tricky to reverse the ban (i dont think it is tricky for them to ban and reverse the ban) so they said i will need to make a new account after the hwid ban has finished on this account
