that's just not a thing, this isn't skype

you get routed through discord's servers so unless you have access to those or a person has used a leaked database like restorecord you won't be seeing any ips

and to answer your question, I wouldn't personally get this, I'd probably look into getting a 7800X3D and a better PSU even at the cost of getting a worse GPU
