my boyfriend keeps loading valorant and it just freezes and he has updated his drivers and everything we tried deleting it and reinstalling it and it doesnt work it freezes his whole pc and he has to restart to even tab out

Search for network reset in windows settings and reset ur network. Save wifi passwords beforehand @kezie
Also make sure its actually freezing the whole pc by clicking caps lock and see if the caps lock light goes on and off
the animation of riot games is showing with sound then it freezes (takes ages to load litrrally)
