In order to get Vanguard, VALORANT’s anti-cheat, to work on your computer you most enable secure boot and TPM 2.0. Here are some resources that will assist you in the process:

your motherboard is Legacy please do not try to turn on Secure boot as it's not supported on Legacy and will break your computer
there is a process to convert legacy to UEFI (the mode that is needed for secure boot). Please wait for help with conversion.
Open cmd as admin
Enter: diskpart
Then enter: list disk
