How to get rid of little blank space

problem is that i get this little overlay or little bar i cant get rid of. heres the picture

like if u run this html u obviously cant really see it
but if u change the background of introducing ten cent images thing u can see the lil bar

the problem is that there is a white bar bellow the jumbo board (using bootstrap)
and it cant be there

I didn't look that far, there's just a 2rem margin on .jumbotron

I already discarded the codepen I set up to try to help, so I don't know where it was. Use the devtools, inspect the .jumbotron div
