permabann for no reason but i didnt cheated or better said never cheated

I wanted to access my account online and saw that my account was permanently blocked. I then saw that someone had played on my account via valotracker and asked friends of mine about it, but I didn't give anyone my details for the account. I hereby ask you to inform me whether it is possible to unban my account because then apparently the person must have been banned too. please help me................. ❤️
