Stucks In The Agent Selection
I don't have any fps problem in gameplay but my game feezes on agent selection screen and opens late. Is there anything i can do for this ?

is your game installed on an hdd
is yes then switch to ssd
and if you dont have ssd try defragmenting your hdd

I don't have any issue in match but it still freezes in the start

also you can try disabling some windows services

found some people who say that disabling those could work
read what they do first just un case you need them
I did it from the defragment and optimize drivers

there are also third party software that can defrag your hdd
i would look into one if your issue still persists
Support said delete the Eset antivirus program but ı can't
It's games glitch will be fixed later
But i got ban because of this
