ERROR CODE VAN9003

I also have my tmp2.0 enabled and I have secure boot enabled as well. Idk what else to do can someone please help me and I am also on windows 11 and I’ve tried everything at this point. Restarted my computer to access bois and enable every thing I need to enable. So please help me!!!!!
