custom per-guild welcome message
hii, so i wish to make a customized welcome message system for each guild wherein users can customize their own welcome embed to their liking. my problem is that the bot only detects welcome events from one guild (mine) instead of all the others. how can i solve this? and would i get ratelimited? thanks :)
