Afk offense for internet crash

I just got out of a game where my internet crash for a couple rounds and gave me an offence like i know this isn't a big issue but my internet is wonky getting an afk offense for crashes of either the game or internet is a bit ,uch

They put players who leave matches on a cooldown to just prevent them from disturbing as many matches.

yes but my internet died and i was able to join bk in time to still help my team it wasnt even a ranked game either

They're trying to extrapolate to future matches. If you can't stay connected during any game they put you on a cooldown so you can join (and disconnect from) fewer matches. If you stay connected for a few the next cooldown will be lower tho.

understandable if it was a ranked game but a pubs game isnt supposed to be as sweat nor a pain in the ass to play (excuse my language

They try to prevent players from leaving their first comp match. They do this by just letting you play whatever mode and watching how u do. If you don't stick around for non-comp matches, they know not to let you play as many comp matches.

hi i actually got a temporary ban for seven days due to AFK but this happened due to internet crash and ingame technical issue my valorant screen kept lagging now i fixed it but i have a ban for 7 days , i will make sure this does not happen again , so i have sent ticket to riot requesting my temporary unban will it get rectified ? my ticket id is #99902417
