Problems with docker and my app image

I already posted a question that more or less manage to solve but now i have other problem, the thing is that i already made 3 images to manage in my container, one for my application, one for chrome nodes and other for selenium. The problem that i'm having right now is about how do i put it in azure. I been trying to upload it like multi container app and its kinda working but it fails ( locally and in azure)and i don't understand why. When i run mu "docker-compose up" my cmd don't give any port to indicate where is being host, while the other instances work. the only way to run its with help of visual studio, and... i dont understand why its that.
