Unknowingly clicked on a malicious link. Got a mail, mentioning I changed my mail id from my original one to someone else's. Need help

I already raised a ticket, mentioning the purchases, account creation, last accessed

The issue is my MFA emails are going on the changed email
you can add to the ticket a new email to send the support tickets too i suppose

And I've submitted a ticket but didn't receive any response to it yet
