I can't sign in to my Valorant account
I tried messagaging and making a support ticket via Twitter.com and through the riot website it has been over a day they have not responded. Ive been trying to get ahold of support for weeks now and it's just upsetting at this rate. I have my email and when I try to put reset password it doesnt send a link at all. I even tried putting it reset username and it does the same either way. So how could I possibly get access to this account if nothing or no one is getting back to me at the end?

Same but if i sign in with google it works
yeah but ive been trying to sign in from my apple id
bc this is the email that is under my account

are you using google, facebook, xbox etc to login?
im using apple id
use riot to login
Like I have emails from RIOT under this apple ID that I have so idk
yeah i tried using riot, but all it says is somethings not right or update my account to continue
but when i try nothing works
it says "Your username or password may be incorrect, or you may need to update to a Riot Account if you haven’t played in a few months. Check the Can’t sign in link for more info." I know this is both my username and password and when i try " Cant sign in" it doest work
it just sends me back to where I started
have you gotten any emails from riot about password changes?

Like I made a support ticket through twitter as well and nothing seems to be working.
