Server Deafen and Mute
can i remove the server deafen and server mute statuses from a user even if they aren't connected to a voice channel?

v20.11.0 is the node version
just need to know if it's possible, because i want to remove those two from users even when they're not in vc, it's a bit inconvenient to do so because i'd have to wait until they can join a vc
