How to view a Support Ticket Status in case your account has been hacked
I clicked on a link for free Kuronami Knife. Got my account hacked and Account Email Changed. Now I cannot log into the Account settings as it asks for 6 Digit Code on a hacked mail account. I have raise a ticket but how do I know it's status

Responses from the support service are sent to the specified email address when filling out the account recovery form.
If you have forgotten your login credentials or your account has been compromised, you can try to recover your account by heading to the link below. Permanently banned or deleted accounts cannot be retrieved.

I was wondering the same thing. My account too was compromised yesterday and I submitted a ticket but when I want to see the status of it, it tells me login but I don't have the login credentials soo what should we do??
