My account has been banned for nearly 2 years now and i asked why i had been banned and has been given no response

It can take up to a week to receive a response from player support, but sometimes it may be sooner. This depends on how many tickets are currently in the queue.

I have made many tickets but thia was like last year and they just never helped (riot support) wo I’m not sure on what to do
I got banned toho but for no reason i only have new mouse razer deathadder V3 and application Ryzer Synpase but idk how is this bannable just look
