how do i fix loading in late
I never really had issues until a few months ago, my game just started to load in late and then i got banned so much now i cant play comp for weeks

I have a similar problem where I'm just on the loading screen for a match and I load in late where I get an afk penalty as well as no xp from that match I have asked riot support about it but there's not much that can be done

but a somewhat cheap fix is just queieng up a death match before hand so your pc warms up

So I open task manager and go to the details tab I right click on VALORANT.EXE and set it's priority to high, I do the same for vgc.exe and shipping thingy I forgot the actual name for it
It lets the game load faster
As well as giving me 50fps
Other wise I get 20
So yeah I think that might help
