Ban
My friend got banned for using third party application and he was using only valorant tracker, nothing else, no cheats, no outside helping programs. Now he cant play on any account on his PC because he got hardware ban. How possible is that RIOT will check his case and unban him?

I am not asking for riot support, just wondering how possible it is that he will get unbaned?
Because i heard about some issues with unbanning by riot
If the lock is received by the Vanguard system, then your friend will not be unbanned. But the support will be able to check the information about the ban.
that means if he got banned by vanguard system he wont be unbanned at all?
or really low possibilty ?
Low probability that Vanguard issued an erroneous ban.
Okay he just told me that he got banned by valorant so there is a chance he will get unbanned
