trying to connect CF domain to TCPShield but it keeps erroring
I'm trying to create a domain for a Minecraft server to protect against ddos via tcpshield but it requires a domain to be set up via Cloudflare and connected. I've followed the tutorial to verify the domain but it keeps coming up unverified. the TCPShield support said I don't need to buy a domain but I'm starting to doubt that

Heyo! Is your domain actually on Cloudflare yet?
Click on Overview and send a screeenshot of what it says.
ok one moment
Also have you reached out to TCPShield support? Since this is most likely more-so a setup issue and they're generally friendly with assisting with that sort of thing.
yes
but im too new so they said to go to a separate forum
which lead me to this discord
since you guys know what you are doing with this kinda stuff
Ah, your domain is not on Cloudflare yet. Do you actually own this domain?
no
well yes
You are required to use a domain to use TCPShield typically.
do i need to buy the domain?
Mhm
is that a yes?
Yes
Once you purchase, set the nameservers to Cloudflare following the guide here
well thats odd since TCP support said i didnt
Well in order to use a domain ex. the one you're using you have to buy it
Google
Search the world's information, including webpages, images, videos and more. Google has many special features to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
